Fireproof material Firemast / Industrial Standard 5779-004-73212626-2012
Firemast is a polymer material with a facing layer on one side and an adhesive layer covered with anti-adhesive paper on the other side.
The material is produced with two variants of a facing layer:
- Metallized PET film
- Nonwoven fabric
Purpose:
The material is used to improve fire resisting properties of air tubes of general ventilation and smoke exhaust systems, and metal and nonmetal constructs including those of complex geometric shape, utilized in industrial-purpose and civic buildings.
Characteristics:
- Thickness: 1.3土0.2 mm
- Mass of 1m2: maximum 2.2 kg
- Resistance to subzero temperatures (-50°С): the material does not peel off the metal sheet
- Bond strength between the material and the mounting surface when peeled off at an angle of 90°: minimum 3,0 N/cm
- Expansion rate: minimum 1800%
- Flammability group: hardly combustible
